Malcolm Scott Walby

Malcolm Scott Walby is a company/commercial specialist, with a particular specialisation in employment law, founding Scott Walby LLP in 2005. His real interest is in advising companies closely, so that he becomes virtually part of the team.
He has worked in Dorset since moving down from the City in 1993. He grew up in the Shaftesbury area, a farmer's son, before joining the Royal Navy. Malcolm gained tremendous experience running the family company in Poole for five years before achieving a very successful sale of that business and developing the property.
During that time, he established links with a large proportion of the business community in Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset.
In 2007/08 Malcolm was President of Dorset Business, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a founder member of the Buy Dorset campaign and regularly speaks at various business meetings.
He enjoys spending time with his family, horses and fly-fishing for very stupid trout.
John Bulpit

John Bulpit started his legal career in Oxford in 1987 and quickly began to specialise in property. He moved to Newbury in 1994, and worked throughout the Thames Valley over the next 12 years, gaining experience in residential and commercial property and in particular property development.
His most notable matters have included the setting up and sale of a marina development in Oxfordshire and the development of a disused textiles mill in Gloucestershire consisting of converted mill buildings and new build properties, involving both Leasehold and Freehold. This development also involved setting up a complex management company structure.
John has benefited from estate agent recommendations over a number of years due to the quality of his conveyancing work with an enviable level of high-end-value sales and purchases.
John is a keen musician having been classically trained and plays Piano, Organ and Brass. His other interests include cycling and walking and he enjoys exploring the far reaches of Britain with his wife Sarah. He has been heavily involved with the Round Table for the past 17 years and until moving to Dorset had spent many years on the Showground Committee of the Royal County of Berkshire Show.
He has become a keen golfer since moving to Dorset.
